VINYASA

Our absolute FAVOURITE. We teach hot and sweaty vinyasa, linking the synchronicity of dynamic movement and breath, connection between body and mind, in an holistic experience that engages the soul and works the entire body from head to toe. The incorporation of curated playlists weaves this practice together, enhancing what is a true flow state. The savasana you experience following this practice is next level, “gah”.  

SLOW FLOW 

Not to be confused with EASY. Our slow flow provides a moment to really slow tings down and focus on the breath and body connection. It can help cultivate a sense of relaxation, allowing the breath to flow naturally through the body as we scan for any sensations without judgment. This practice can help bring a state of calm and presence to each and every moment. A great class to start on if you are new to yoga.


Yin

Time to LET GO. We focus on long-held stretches to target the deep connective tissues in the body as well as working into the meridian lines associated with Chinese medicine. The practice aims to promote energy flow, enhance awareness and concentration, process emotion stored in the body and induce relaxation white bringing a sense of calm.

Sound Meditation

Enter a state of HARMONY. Our signature dreamy sound meditations aim to induce a state of blissful relaxation and balance through the use of soothing sounds. Each of the crystal bowls align with your seven chakras, working to bring them into balance with one another. This type of meditation promotes deep rest and cellular processing within the body. Sound resonance plays a crucial role in facilitating these effects, helping you achieve a state of deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

Pilates

Prepare yourself for the BURN. Our strong and sweaty Pilates classes are for those wanting to build the fire and burn. This low impact and effective workout focuses on engaging the core, breath awareness and targeted  movements to build full-body strength and flexibility while keeping things fun and dynamic. This workout will leave you feeling strong, energized and wanting more.
